Baltimore, Ireland - August 2003


We'd hoped to go to Ireland for ages and thanks to Craig, who made all the arrangements superbly, we (Craig, Catherine, Dawn and I) finally did. We chose Baltimore as it is well protected and offers a choice of wrecks and scenic dives. Given the wind we had diving in other parts of Southern Ireland may not have been possible. The wildlife was worth the diving, despite the fact that not everyone became at one with the excellent kelp in the shallows... We dived with Rianne and Gerry at Aquaventures and would thoroughly recommend then as good people to dive with. They even lent us an Oxygen kit for our shore dive.
