The Farnes - September 03
Bob picked up the Farnes trip and managed to work in some firsts on his first trip as organiser too... We used Billy Shiels Glad Tidings (II and III) as well as staying near Bamburgh. The Sea was calm and the Vix was excellent so we got to all the usual, best sites - The Somali, Chris Christensen, Knivestone and Blue Caps. The seals were even more inquisitive than usual and most people got a good nibble. After a break of a couple of years I had forgotten how good the Farnes were, well worth the trip as usual. As usual click on the first little pic and then next preview to see the whole thing.
